Once we have v0.15.0 builds available downstream and pushing to quay.io/acm-d with the tag `v0.15.0-konflux-latest` we should update ACM 2.16 builds to pick this up properly as an external image:

And then confirm ACM 2.16.0 builds are picking up the correct thing
