To ensure smoother and more accurate ACM 2.16 regression testing, the PICS team is collecting and summarizing the requirements for each component during different regression phases, including fresh install, pre-upgrade, upgrade, and post-upgrade.
For example, some components need to be enabled (as they are disabled by default) before running regression, or certain automation tests may need to be excluded to avoid impacting other components:

• Enable RBAC (fine-grained-rbac-preview) before each regression
• Enable Site Config before the ACM upgrade
• Are there any other components that need to be enabled before the upgrade?
• Exclude install tests during post-upgrade, as they may cause components to be re-enabled/disabled and result in data loss (e.g., backup/restore)
• We would also like to confirm whether MTV or CNV needs to be enabled for regression or upgrade testing.
