With the move to Konflux, our original Jenkins mirroring job will not fully work. There is a new Jenkins job which partially works but has some issues. These should all be consolidated into 1 working job.
1.) The original job is below. This is still required to mirror some out of the box operators.

2.) This job is required to mirror ACM and MCE images. It must be run separately for each. You will also need to manually clean up the applied CatalogSource in the cluster before running this.
