      Description of problem:

      The acm_managed_cluster_info metric is missing vendor and version information.

      Cluster provisioned with labels (vendor is missing here, but version labels exist)

      From OCP metrics page, querying the metric:

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM 2.7.0-FC11

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. provision bare metal cluster via host inventory/CIM
      2. go to ocp > observe > metrics 
      3. run query against
