Scope -> "Select Cluster sets" -> check whatever the cluster sets -> next -> Access level = cluster role assignment -> select whatever the namespaces -> next -> Access level = common projects -> click on "Create common project" (see attached Video_2025-11-10_15-45-05.mp4 )
