Description of problem:

The public facing documentation for RHACM is showing doc code instead of proper strings in normal text paragraphs in multiple locations. See screenshots for examples of what was observed, but this was observed in "cards" on the main version landing page, and in the first sentence of the first paragraph of this URL:
