Currently, our bundle automation is generating the manifest files for multiple components from the release-2.15 branch. We need to ensure that this is updated to point to the next release ACM 2.16 (release-2.16).

Similarly, for the pipeline repo, we are fetching the branches related to 2.15, we need to update this to pull the manifest.json from 2.16.

Note: Will set the release branches to main until the release-2.16 branches are available
