Value Statement

The  MCP Server was developed in typescript - the golang SDK etc was not ready then. Now, that we have golang sdk and other teams are using it, we should change it. This will also allow us to use standard golang builds as well make RBAC integration easier (sharing code/libraries etc)

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• The MCP Server can be deployed on a Hub cluster and queried from OLS ,claude code etc
• MCP Server use RH approved docker containers
• Code is checked into a repo
• Bonus - Konflux build

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated

  build.
• [ ] 100% automated unit/function test coverage for new or changed APIs.
