I have beed asked at least once when to you  import.open-cluster-management.io/disable-auto-import: '' and when spec.hubAcceptsClient= false

I see the options documented but it is not clear when to use one vs the other

I am opening this to ask for documentation that should cover :

• relationship between the 2 ; when to use one or the other
• what happens when they overlap - you have both 
• any side effects or issues

A comment I got re hubAcceptsClient=false : People had this issue in some edge deployments where this flag was preventing them to manage the downstream cluster due to this being false.
