In ACM 2.15, all the multiclusterroleassignment manifests were stored under https://github.com/stolostron/multiclusterhub-operator/tree/main/pkg/templates for installer team to deploy

to align with how other component teams have config to have installer pull the component repo to gather all the crds and other files. This would involve just having two directories in your repo where you store the chart and the CRDs and then tell installer where they're at. That way the installer team can update the mch repo to auto-pull those dirs or create a pr in the installer repo to do so.
