During deployment of the downstream flow, qe needs to be able to properly select the clusters for the deployment based on various filters, like platform, cluster role, availability, etc...

In order to achieve that, create an info module as part of ansible stolostron.core collection.
The module will fetch the required information for the proper selection of the clusters for the later deployment.
