Some images may be built outside of our konflux release and may not have a straightforward way for us to obtain them.

Add a manual mode option to the mirroring script so we can easily mirror an image into acm-d manually.

We could think about ways to automate this as well.  For example, if an image is in brew and we know we can mirror it to acm-d, can we include those details in the bundle manifest so this is more automated and no manual process is necessary?
