Description of problem:

Group membership is not working the selected User page:

However it is working from the selected Group page:

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open RBAC UI
2. Click any User that is a member of any group
3. Groups will display empty

Actual results:

Group membership shows empty.

Expected results:

Groups tab should show groups that user is a member of.
