Description of problem:

The topology tab loads very slowly and fails for some applications, the browser stoping loading it and crashing the window at times.

How reproducible:

Customer environment only

Steps to Reproduce:

1. deploy ACM with 58 cluster + local-cluster
2. use 3 repositories deploy about 40 policies
3. load the topology tab

Actual results:

The topology tab takes a huge amout of time to load or stops loading entirely

Expected results:

the topology tab loads faster and does not stop entirely

Additional info:

• when it stops loading, the browser stops, prompts a warning that the page is unresponsive and offers to stop loading.
• there are 40 policies over 58 managed clusters (including local-cluster) (about 2320 objects to show in the topology)
• ArgoCD will also hang
• not tried 2.6.3 yet
