Value Statement

ACM provides a documentation that lists manual configuration steps to enable HCP discovery from managed MCE clusters and auto-import them. Many customers use this HCP fleet management pattern, which we recommend, but look for a more streamlined and automated configuration.

This story is to design and implement some kind of configurable option to tell the hypershift addon to automate most of the manual steps and verify.
