Hypershift total HC metrics not showing values

      Description of problem:

      Given a hosted cluster created in AWS with the following conditions:

      I'd expect the following metrics:

      mce_hs_addon_total_hcp_gauge
mce_hs_addon_available_hosted_control_planes_gauge

      to show values. However both are empty when entering these metrics in OCP Observe metrics page:
