      ClusterPermission creates empty subject field

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a MulticlusterRoleAssignment CR
      2. Notice the corresponding ClusterPermission CR created will contain an empty subject field

      Actual results:

      An empty subject field is created:

      Expected results:

      No empty subject field.

      Additional info:

      This is caused by the subject and subjects field missing the omitempty annotation
