Search results page should use newer Patternfly components & better utilize screen space

• Use the PF tabs bar instead of the Accordion expandable sections (tabs default to resource kind - but could support configuration ex: tabs by cluster, namespace, label etc.)
• The results table should be the PF data-view-table component. (Or the stolostron/react-data-view?)
• Remove the related resource section from the page altogether? Or from the top of the search results section?
• reduce max string length in label chips
