1. Proposed title of this feature request

Provide a way to use MCP clients with my RHACM environment for multicluster use cases.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

I'd like to be able to use my MCP client of choice with my RHACM managed mutlicluster environment. So I expect an multicluster-aware MCP server to be running on my RHACM environment that I can easily plug into.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Allows me to utilise an AI application, like Claude or OpenShift Lightspeed, to securely and effectively interact with my external data sources, tools, and systems.
