Description of problem:

After enabling flightctl in ACM build quay.io:443/acm-d/acm-dev-catalog:2.15.0-DOWNSTREAM-2025-09-16-01-11-30, the following problems happen:

• The flightctl-db-migration throws this error:

Running database migrations...
mkdir: cannot create directory '/tmp/.flightctl': Read-only file system

• flightctl-cleanup-pvcs pods keep spawning

• The flightctl-alertmanager-proxy pod is stuck in Init status

• The flightctl-alertmanager-0 pod is stuck in Container Creating status
