Provide the documentation team with the necessary information to write documentation on how to setup alert forwarding from spokes to Hub. This will initially be done by using a policy, examples can be found here: https://github.com/stolostron/policy-collection

• Include an example policy
• Consider how to handle certs?
    - Ensure these are installed on spokes they are not there
