Value Statement

We need to establish building our own downstream CAPA image. This is critical as currently the core OCP CAPI team's release stream does not align with ACM making it difficult to align deliveries. The fundamental need is being able to build a downstream CAPA release when we need it.

Additionally, building our own CAPA image out of our repository will give greater control over the code base in addition to the release schedule, reducing friction.
