Overview Dashboard page has text that's not readable when using Dark Mode

      Description of problem:

      The ACM Overview page displays black text which is not readable when using Dark mode theme. This was observed on the Clusters and Cluster version panels.

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Access ACM
      2. Click on Overview Page
      3. Switch between Light and Dark Theme in User Preference
      4. Check the text displayed in the Clusters and Cluster version panels

      Actual results:

      Text is black and not readable when using Dark mode theme.

      Expected results:

      All text should be readable when using Dark mode theme.

      Additional info:

      This was primarily noticed on this Overview page, however I'm not sure if there are other pages this may occur. 

      This was observed with OpenShift 4.19 and ACM 2.14.
