As an ACM user, I want to be able to deploy Argo CD Agent via the existing GitOps Addon to the managed clusters.

• GitOps Addon has an option to deploy the Argo CD Agent's agent component.

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
