ACM-Specific MTV Scenarios (since MTV deployment is ACM-usage-dependent):

• Conditional Deployment Validation: Verify MTV deploys when local-cluster=true exists, and does NOT deploy when disableHubSelfManagement=true (ACM-22348)
• Dynamic Label Management: Complete end-to-end user workflow from ACM console - add acm/cnv-operator-install=true label to spoke clusters, validate CNV operator installation and UI status reflection; remove label and verify UI updates (ACM-22348, ACM-21299)
• Non-Default Namespace Sanity: Basic validation that MTV addon appears correctly in ACM console when ACM is installed in custom namespace (e.g., ocm instead of open-cluster-management) - minimal smoke test only
