Feature Overview

In the global hub cluster,  consumer group ID is fixed as global-hub-manager.

We can provide consumerGroupPrefix in MulticlusterGlobalHub but we need to be able to customize consumer group ID in hub cluster.

Customer Considerations (Impact for cee.neXT)

In customer's env, consumer Group wasn't created on the Kafka side because they expected group name to be in certain format like for kafka topics. For that they need to customize consumer group ID in hub cluster. This feature is needed to customize groupID according to customer's env.
