Description of problem:

When you click on 'authentication-operator' and some others applications, the details page opens with no details or topology

1. Open application list
2. click on 'authentication-operator'

Actual results:

1. Details is empty – (try when acm is emedded in ocp)

Expected results:

If details are loading, show waiting indicator

If fails, show empty or other
