The application list status currently only works for a single argo app; the other 99% of the time its empty space:

So rename it Status with these values:
For Argo App Syncing – If application set, show if any argo app is syncing

If argo app is healthy AND if all Resource statues are deployed; For all other apps (ocp/sub), if all resources are deployed

If any app resource has an error

Resource status comes from these ((We can now gather the resource statuses in the backend so user doesn’t have to open each topology)
