The following items were mentioned in the ACM 2.14 Retro as ways to provide additional training/learning opportunities relating to Konflux: 

1. Lunch n Learn for maintaining and troubleshooting konflux builds
2. org level Konflux training and learning activities desperately needed
3. We need to get more familiar with the advisory process with konflux
4. More people from each team needs to learn about Konflux and pay attention to the high demand from Konflux to get a usable build
5. Schedule a knowledge sharing session about the new MCE release process with Konflux for questions such as: CVE handling, release content, where we can find the builds 
6. Update and communicate to all how Konflux changes the release process
