Description of problem:

When going to the create AWS hosted cluster screen, the 3rd step can be clarified

1. "Log in to Openshift ... using the oc login command"
   We can directly link to OCP's page for copying the login command. (i.e. top right corner of OCP, under the user option, points to `https://oauth-openshift.apps.o4-acm27-rosa1.t6ve.p1.openshiftapps.com/oauth/token/request`
2. "Copy this template" should show the actual command that is to be copied since its not that long
3. Explain each argument in the template command to create HC, so user can understand how to replace each variable. Perhaps point to documentation.
