When searching for an object clicking on a related resources does not show details of the related resource, the original object details are still shown.  Refreshing the page results in the related resource details being displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search for an object.  Kind: ConfigMap  Namespace: openshift-monitoring
2. Click on the "cluster-monitoring-config" ConfigMap
3. Note the object details and YAML tab represent the ConfigMap
4. On the Related resources tab expand the ConfigurationPolicy and click on the cluster-monitoring-confg 
5. Note the object details and YAML still represent the ConfigMap.  The URL changed to the ConfigurationPolicy
6. Refresh the page.
7. Note the object details, YAML and Releated resources now represent the ConfigurationPoiicy as expected
