Displaying a login banner with the user's last login date and time on the web UI.
This is an RFE to update the OpenShift Administration Web UI add an optional function to display a logon banner with the last time the user was logged in (date and time).
We discuss a lot if users who are not logged in should be displayed, we could increase the value by implementing this feature
