(I think any new topics for cluster--we may need to spend more time thinking/talking about placement so we don't add to the chaos that exists from before, which we are still slowly working through.

Look at install for a true "advanced config" file and see that it is only about a description and settings, it may have a few steps for enablement, which is how this seems this file started, but became a holder for many procedures. Not sure what went wrong here or how it started. :-/ But we want to try to fix soon.

There can be an advanced config section for a book, however, cluster is all over the place and many topics would be considered adv. config. Please take a look and help brainstorm ways to redo this.
