Wrong vector types in the new Grafana dashboard for the Incidents overview

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Open the Grafana in the Hub cluster
2. Go to "Dashboards > Incidents > Incidents overview"
3. Note that the graph with the number of incidents over time doesn't update over time

Actual results:

The graph for the number of incidents over time doesn't display the number over time

Expected results:

The graph for the number of incidents over time does display the number over time
