Description of problem: MCE upgrade from MCE 2.5.9 to 2.7.5 failed. It because of the catalogsource mce-dev-catalog in the namespace openshift-marketplace with incorrect image link - quay.io:443/acm-d/mce-dev-catalog:2.7.5-DOWNANDBACK-2025-07-08-15-06-44. The actually link should be quay.io:443/acm-d/mce-custom-registry:2.7.5-DOWNANDBACK-2025-07-08-15-06-44

Based on my testing, this issue only exists on MCE Y-upgrade. The catalogsource is

mce-dev-catalog       mce-dev-catalog:2.7.5-DOWNANDBACK-2025-07-08-15-06-44

The ACM Y-upgrade without this issue. The catalogsource are

1. Deploy the OCP and install MCE 2.5.9 from the Red Hat operatorHub
2. Upgrade MCE from 2.5.9 to 2.7.5 directly, without pre-upgrade of other components, by MCE upgrade jenkins job - https://jenkins-csb-rhacm-tests.dno.corp.redhat.com/job/mce/job/mce-upgrade/47/console
3. MCE upgrade failed with error - Wait for CatalogSource mce-dev-catalog in namespace openshift-marketplace to be Ready. Its status is TRANSIENT_FAILURE.
