In Konflux, all components must be built with multi-arch support, except for the bundle component. This story requires for us to update our components to ensure compliance.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] ACM 2.11 catalog is installable on multi-arch clusters.

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
