The Repository/Source Code link for the operator is missing from the operator installation/overview window.

no annotation.repository field exists in this csv: https://github.com/stolostron/acm-operator-bundle/blob/release-2.11/manifests/advanced-cluster-management.v2.11.0.clusterserviceversion.yaml

It should be set to "repository: https://github.com/open-cluster-management/multiclusterhub-operator"
