The upstream argocd-agent project has recently introduced a feature that redirects Redis traffic and proxies it to each agent's Redis instance, but our OCM-io/ACM argocd-agent add-on doesn't support this yet.

The goal of this task is to investigate what changes are required to enable Redis traffic redirection in our add-on and if the necessary work is small and self contained then implement those changes as part of this task.

If it turns out the implementation required is large or complex, then a separate task will be open.
