Enhance the acm_managed_cluster_info metric with the following:

• For the created_via field, add a new value for HyperShift to indicate that the cluster was created through our HyperShift controllers
• Add a new field to indicate if the cluster is a hosting service cluster or a hosted cluster
• Add a new field to indicate the hosting service cluster id if the cluster is a hosted cluster

This should work when a HyperShift cluster is imported by any method (CLI or UI).
