      No klusterlet resource on the managed clusters and the managed cluster namespace was in terminating state

      Happened once so far, but for all spokes

      No must gather from hub, only sosreports.

      Have audit logs from the spokes

      Provide conjecture on how it can happen that a hub failure leads to loss of managed cluster, would like an RCA on how this managed to happen
