      Description of problem:

      The latest MCE snapshot contains the following details for the CAPI webhook component:

        - containerImage: quay.io/redhat-user-workloads/crt-redhat-acm-tenant/cluster-api-webhook-config-mce-29@sha256:2594fa3f253bc6be116b9a5da9e6a56a50841ad4f0d2f3c1dc3fc92d6e3c77c7
          name: cluster-api-webhook-config-mce-29
          source:
            git:
              context: ./

      If you look at that commit revision, it is from June 12, 2025.  I suspect on-push builds have been failing since then for some reason.  Can you investigate some and deliver a no-op PR and see if the on-push works or if there is some problem to fix?
