Collaborating with the Spectro Cloud team to onboard their substantial fleetconfig-controller contributions. Highlights include:

• Identified the appropriate repo for onboarding

• Established the repo and create an onboarding guide

• Configured the quay repo to host the images

• Coordinated with the Spectro Cloud team over Slack on creds, access, and the release process

This work is significant because it not only adds a new fleetconfig-controller component to the upstream OCM-io project, but it also brings in a new CICD GitHub Workflow framework/system for publishing Helm charts from a multi-subproject repo. A capability we can leverage in the addon-contri repo.
