      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.deploy a hub cluster + hosted cluster, (I used this job : https://jenkins-csb-kniqe-auto.dno.corp.redhat.com/job/CI/job/job-runner/5387/ )

      Actual results:

          Deployment fail to get to condition :
