Enterprise contract failure in MCE pipeline due to hive

      Description of problem:

      There are enterprise contract violations due to hive in the MCE managed pipeline builds.  The log will be attached here.  Search for "Violation]" to identify the violations.  In this case it appears to be some RPM version issues.
