Not able to edit in create policy page

      Description of problem:

      When the content of an existing YAML file is copied and pasted for a new policy, not able to edit fields (name, Namespace).

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM Version v.2.6.3-FC0

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Copy YAML content from a different policy
      2. Go to create a policy page
      3. Paste the above copied YAML.
      4. Try to edit name, namespace

      Actual results:

      Name, Namespace are not editable

      Expected results:

      Fields should be editable.
