This is use case for the customer to migrate the managed clusters from an existing hub cluster to a new hub cluster. they have 3500 managed SNOs in an existing hub cluster, they want to migrate 500 managed SNOs at a time. repeat to migration all the managed SNOs to the new hub cluster.
