Some components in MCE have dependencies on other component such as:

• CAPA and hypershift cannot be enabled at the same time. 
• cluster-manager and cluster-lifecycle do not work if hive is disabled (for example)

This feature request is to find or create a place where these type of dependencies can be defined so that MCE can validate component enablement and disablement to prevent unsupported combination of enabled or disabled components and provide clear status messages.
