ACM 2.15: Ensure Tekton pull/push files branch refs are pointing to the correct branches

      Currently, when the Tekton files are set up for the current ACM/MCE release, we adjust the branch reference to point to the main branch. As we transition to the next release branch, we need to revert it to the appropriate branch version.
