When a GitHub issue is created, the AI bot should automatically triage it, provide analysis, and even suggest code fixes. It should do the same for RFE feature requests.

Once the AI bot is live, the QE team should for every Jira issue they open, also create a GitHub issue and attach it to the Jira.
