As part of the ACM 2.15 / MCE 2.10 cutover process, development squads should create backplane-2.10 branches for components delivered to MCE and release-2.15 branches for components delivered to ACM. Teams should also update fast-forward and OSCI configurations to ensure publishing targets these new branches.
